You can borrow different amounts dependent on what type of facility
you choose. The typical ranges are as follows:
Secured Loans £3,000 to £50,000
Unsecured Loans £1,000 to £15,000
Mortgages / Remortgages £25,500 to £1 million

You will find that different facilities take different periods of
time to complete. These typically can be as follows:
Secured
Loans 14 days
Unsecured Loans 7 days
Mortgages/Re-Mortgages 28 days

on our Express Scheme which will guarantee an even quicker completion.

You can repay any loan early. The method of calculating the repayment
will be stated on the loan agreement. If you require any more information
simply contact us.
You are under no obligation whatsoever. You can cancel your loan
application at any time up to completion without cost (unless you
have already instructed us to carry out your mortgage valuation)
nor penalty.
With secured loans and unsecured loans there are no up-front fees
whatsoever. On some occasions you may not qualify for one of our
mainstream products. If this is the case we may add a fee to your
loan to cover the extra processing costs involved. However, this
will be fully disclosed on your loan documentation. It will also
be payable if and when your loan completes. You also will not have
to find the cash as the fee will be deducted from the loan. With
mortgages and re-mortgages the only up-front fee will be the cost
of your property valuation. However we will pay for this if you
return your mortgage documents within 7 days of us sending them.
Also as with loans in some circumstances and arrangement fee may
be payable. The same rules regarding payment apply.
